Richmond Juniors are holding their annual Christmas Blitz on Saturday 21st November, play starting at 13:00. The prize fund totals £3,270, with a first prize of £600, a welcome bonus for someone, just before Christmas. The tournament will run as an 11 round FIDE rated Swiss. The time control will be 4 minutes per player per game, with the addition of 2 seconds per completed move throughout.
