TPA – Years 3 & 4 Sign-up

This form allows you to sign up your child to the After-School Chess Club for Years 3 & 4 at Twickenham Primary Academy.

This form will open on Friday 14th June at 4 p.m., and will accept a maximum of 14 places in the chess club at TPA.

If you need help using the form, please email richmond_junior_chess_club@hotmail.com.

Also, if all the places are already taken, please email richmond_junior_chess_club@hotmail.com to be placed on a waiting list and be notified if a place in the chess club should come free.
